The ideal candidate will have 2 years of litigation experience , preferably handling high-exposure catastrophic personal injury, products liability, and general negligence matters . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney eager to work on complex, high-stakes cases on behalf of Fortune 500 clients within a supportive and high-performing environment. Key Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation defense Background in catastrophic injury, product liability, or general negligence preferred Strong analytical, research, and writing skills Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and depositions a plus California Bar membership in good standing required Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $200,000 , commensurate with experience Excellent benefits package 1,900 annual billable hours with a generous bonus structure for those exceeding the minimum Collaborative team culture and supportive work environment Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid flexibility available)
