Attorney (4–8 Years Experience) Locations: New York, San Francisco
Compensation: $310,000 – $435,000 discretionary merit bonuses

industries—partnering directly with founders, investors, and boards
that are shaping tomorrow. What You’ll Do: Lead venture financings,
formations, and exits—sometimes all in a single day. Advise on
SAFEs, preferred stock financings, corporate governance, and
general corporate work. Counsel management teams on complex matters
from inception through IPO. Work on both sides of the table:
guiding emerging growth companies and representing VCs and
institutional investors. Build long-term relationships with the
