Job Description Job Description The Senior Real Estate Paralegal
will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout all
phases of real estate transactions, including due diligence review
and document preparation and management. This position is based in
Los Angeles, Century City, or Orange County and reports to the U.S.
Paralegal Manager and Real Estate Paralegal Coordinator. As a key
member of the real estate team, you will be dedicated to the firm's
top clients, ensuring the smooth execution of complex real estate
deals. Responsibilities include: Reviewing and analyzing title
documentation, surveys, and zoning reports Preparing title
objection letters, seller response letters, and diligence review
summaries related to title, survey, zoning, litigation, and lien
searches Collaborating with title companies to negotiate title
policy coverage and clear title matters Managing the issuance of
UCC policies and mezzanine endorsements for mezzanine loan
transactions Reviewing and commenting on surveys and zoning
reports, resolving issues with surveyors and zoning companies
Preparing mortgage assignment/termination documents for loan
pay-offs Drafting escrow instruction letters and coordinating
closing logistics with title companies Reviewing lease
documentation and preparing lease abstracts Ordering and reviewing
UCC, bankruptcy, and litigation searches, and preparing summaries
Preparing ancillary loan documents and conveyance documents
Conducting residential real property, condominium, and cooperative
closings from contract preparation to closing Your Profile
Bachelor's Degree required Paralegal Certificate required Minimum
10 years of relevant experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm Proficient
in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Excellent
organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to
multi-task and balance priorities and tight deadlines Proactive
with the ability to handle multiple projects and client matters
efficiently Strong written and verbal communication skills Superior
analytical and reasoning abilities Ability to work independently
and as part of a team across multiple offices Willingness to work
