Driver Manager Houston, TX The Driver Manager is responsible for
planning, directing, and coordinating driver schedules and vehicle
utilization to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality deliveries.
This role involves proactive communication with drivers, customers,
and Sentinel management to anticipate and resolve potential
delivery issues, prevent runouts, and uphold exceptional customer
service standards. Schedule & Compensation Salary : $57,000
annually Shift : Overnight (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Schedule : Rotating
3-week cycle consisting of a combination of 3-day and 4-day
workweeks Example: 4 days on / 3 days off ? 3 days on / 3 days off
? 4 days on Availability : Candidates must be available to work
holidays and weekends, as scheduled Requirements Education : High
School Diploma or equivalent (required) Associate’s or Bachelor’s
degree in a related field (preferred) Experience : Minimum 2 years
of experience as a Dispatcher or in a transportation/logistics
coordination role Prior experience working with hazardous materials
(preferred) Familiarity with FMCSA, DOT, FHWA, and HM regulations
(preferred) Skills : Strong organizational and decision-making
skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Comfortable learning and using new technologies Ability to work
independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment About Us
