Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Baker to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a unique opportunity to bring your passion for baking to a large-scale operation, where your creations will be enjoyed by many. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing, baking, and producing baked goods according to our company's recipes and quality standards. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional baking environment. Responsibilities: As a Baker, you will be responsible for the following: 1. Preparing and baking a wide variety of bakery products according to our company's recipes and specifications. 2. Operating and managing the baking equipment and tools to ensure efficient production and maintain safety standards. 3. Ensuring the quality of ingredients and final products through regular testing and inspections. 4. Collaborating with the production team to meet daily production schedules and targets. 5. Maintaining a clean and sanitary baking area in compliance with food safety regulations. 6. Troubleshooting baking issues and making necessary adjustments to processes or equipment. 7. Assisting in the development of new recipes and baking techniques to improve product quality and efficiency. 8. Training and supervising junior staff members, ensuring they adhere to baking standards and safety regulations. Qualifications: To be considered for the Baker position, the candidates must possess the following qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent, with a culinary degree or certification in baking and pastry arts preferred. 2. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a professional baker, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume production environment. 3. Proficiency in using various baking equipment and tools, including mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets. 4. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes. 5. Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. 6. Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredients or equipment. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and professional attitude. 9.
