Operate and maintain production equipment efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality standards. Document production operations and results in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and product quality. Ensure the work environment is clean and organized to support health and safety regulations. Proficiency in operating sophisticated manufacturing equipment. Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory standards. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Attention to detail and precision in handling production materials and documenting procedures. Capability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues in production equipment.
