Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of contracted services at client sites and
serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support
Coordinate the Move/Add/Change (MAC) process and provide ongoing
end-user training on equipment
Manage billing requirements and supply/inventory management,
ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of account activity
Required Qualifications
Experience in operations support within a client account
environment
Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint
Experience in asset and consumable management programs
Ability to coordinate and lead internal and external meetings
Experience in billing and expense management processes
