California Licensed Escrow Officer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Jr. Escrow Officer for a partial remote/temporary contract position in Southern California.
Key Responsibilities

Add fees and charges to build Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements for real estate settlements
Coordinate with mortgage lenders to balance Closing Disclosures and obtain necessary loan documents
Ensure loan documents are prepared correctly and balance incoming and outgoing funds accurately

Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years of title insurance experience, particularly with Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements
Strong numerical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies
Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills
Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn new programs
