Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Learning & Enablement Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver the enterprise AI learning strategy in
collaboration with the Head of AI and business leaders
Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences to enhance AI
understanding across the organization
Lead live demos and workshops on AI tools and support teams in
implementing AI solutions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, enablement, or
instructional design
5+ years of hands-on experience with AI tools, including generative
AI and LLMs
Proven success in leading engaging learning sessions for diverse
audiences
Experience in building scalable learning programs that drive
behavior change
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI use case development
