A company is looking for a Staff Appraiser in San Diego County,

Key Responsibilities
Perform residential appraisals and desktop appraisals for lending
and non-lending purposes
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and appraisal standards
while managing scheduling and quality control
Provide proactive communication and exceptional customer service to
internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum state certified residential or higher appraisal license
At least three years of residential appraisal field experience
0-4 years of related work experience typically required
