A company is looking for a Project Advisor to enhance homeowner
success through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls to assist homeowners with their
projects
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve
customer satisfaction
Monitor performance metrics and maintain accurate records of
customer interactions
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service
environment, preferred
Familiarity with call center systems and software, preferred
Proficiency in using G Suite tools such as Gmail, Google Drive,
Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes
Commitment to upholding company values and delivering exceptional
customer experiences
