Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Security Consultant to provide
end-to-end support across multiple product suites.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of contact for customers, leading the
integrated account team to ensure customer success
Collaborate with the business to enhance integration efficiency and
maintain high-quality service for customer engagement
Identify service enhancements and potential issues to promote
continuous improvement in customer service delivery
Required Qualifications
8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in a customer-facing role within the information
technology industry
Understanding of network technologies, web security, or
media-related technologies and methodologies
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CySA+, GPEN, CEH,
etc., are beneficial
Proven ability to engage and build trusted relationships with
customers in challenging environments
