A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Agent
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales
and service inquiries
Utilize multiple systems to resolve customer issues and provide
product information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to
improve training processes
Required Qualifications
One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales
environment
Ability to research and analyze data to assist with escalated
customer matters
Familiarity with web-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace for remote work
Internet speed requirements: Ping 50 Mbps or lower, Download 50
Mbps or higher, Upload 15 Mbps or higher
