Sales Support Trainee Responsibilities: Undergo training on wireless products, service plans, billing, and customer service to better provide customers with services Learn to effectively handle customer inquiries by providing accurate information to individual consumers and potentially business accounts Assist customers with basic wireless service, device, and billing issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
