Securitas Inc., a leader in global security solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Sales and Business Development team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and delivering customized security solutions to large-scale enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the security and law enforcement industry, capable of strategically addressing clients' unique security needs. This position requires exceptional skills in relationship-building, strategic sales planning, and a comprehensive understanding of the latest security technologies and market trends. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the enterprise segment Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift strategic directions and budgets of our customers Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and close sales deals Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Sales Management preferred Training in negotiation or strategic sales planning
