Location: Culver City Grade Levels: K - 12 Key Responsibilities
Ability to be certified and apply Hands-on Management techniques
according to Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training (CPI)
guidelines and/or follow the client who is experiencing significant
behavioral problems or has become Absent Without Leave (AWOL) from
the facility. Protect care for and ensure the safety of all
students at all times. Supervise activities of students as needed
in classrooms, on school campus. Provide crisis intervention for
students while at school site. Assist students to resolve problems;
identify ongoing services necessary to help students to resolve
problems. Develop and implement behavior management strategies for
students, including setting and enforcing limits for behavior.
Assist students in developing social, interpersonal and
problem-solving skills. Utilize approved techniques for management
of assault behavior. Qualifications High School diploma or
equivalent required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred. Bilingual
Spanish Preferred Minimum 2 years experience working with
behaviorally involved persons desirable. Understanding of child
development, principles of learning, behavior management. Valid
California driver license and good driving record required.

the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as
an employee of Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various
factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic
experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the
position, and other business and organizational needs. The range
listed is just one component of our total compensation package for
employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of
each hire. Help Group reserves the right to modify this pay range
