Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000/year Total Compensation : In addition
to standard pay, compensation for this position includes:

during their most challenging times. In this role, you have the
opportunity to use your people skills and outreach experience to
make a meaningful difference in your community and help change
lives across San Diego. We are seeking a highly skilled and
compassionate clinician to join our team. This role is essential
for designing, implementing, and facilitating innovative individual
clinicians to join our team. This role is essential for designing,
implementing, and facilitating innovative individual therapy and
group psychoeducational programs focused on enhancing mental
wellbeing and addressing related clinical topics for adults, teens,
tweens, and families. The ideal candidate will leverage their
clinical expertise in a group setting to foster personal growth,
improve coping skills, and promote community support. Additionally,
the clinician plays an integral role by providing individual
counseling support for adults, teens, tweens, and families in need
of services. This position reports directly to Executive Director
of the Center for Jewish Wellbeing and works closely with program
staff across the agency, while maintain HIPAA confidentiality
guidelines. Responsibilities : Reasonable accommodation may be made

Service. Group Program Development and Facilitation Design and
implement evidence-based group curricula addressing a range of
mental wellbeing topics, such as anxiety management, stress
reduction, grief and loss, building resilience, mindfulness,
interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation Facilitate
therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for specific populations
ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Monitor and
evaluate the progress and the overall effectiveness of the group
curriculum, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to optimize
outcomes Clinical Assessment and Treatment Perform comprehensive
biopsychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and risk
assessments for prospective and current clients Provide
high-quality individual, family, and couples therapy utilizing
various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused,
Trauma-Informed Care) within the scope of licensure Collaborate
with clients to develop individualized, strength-based treatment
plans with measurable goals that integrate group participation and
other recommended services. Provide immediate support during
emergencies Enter case notes into ETOi and assist with other client
service tracking as needed Coordination and Collaboration
Collaborate and coordinate with clients, caregivers, physicians,
case managers and all of disciplines to provide the best care
possible. Connect clients with appropriate internal and external
community resources (e.g., housing, vocational services,
specialized care) and follow up to ensure efficacy Work with
Executive Director to establish and maintain a network of services
and resources for clients in San Diego County. Provide professional
psychoeducation to staff and community partners on mental health
issues impacting the diverse San Diego Jewish community
Skills/Experience/Abilities That Are a Must-Have: Must be a
licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist and must
maintain licensure during employment Bachelor’s degree in social
work or a related field, such as psychology, sociology or social
science 3 years of experience in providing clinical service in a
social service setting 3 years of experience with assessments and
diagnostic skills Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in
crisis management or providing resources Knowledge of Jewish
culture and the local Jewish community Strong commitment to
providing culturally appropriate, trauma-informed, and inclusive
care in the community Exceptional ability to manage group dynamics,
foster engagement, and handle complex or crisis situations within a
group setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
both oral and written Strong organizational skills with attention
to detail Ability to work collaboratively in teams, including
internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently
and remain on schedule towards goals; Strong time management skills
and ability to prioritize Problem-solving and critical thinking
skills to not only carry out instructions but also anticipate next
steps and needs Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Availability to work at scheduled
weekend and/or evening events, as needed Must have own reliable
vehicle and automobile insurance Skills/Abilities We’d Like You to
Have : Experience planning and leading group therapy Public
speaking and presentations related to mental health and wellbeing
