Job Description:
A company is looking for a CDN Support Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
Handle technical support requests from customers and internal teams
through Zendesk and Discord
Troubleshoot application-layer networking problems in CDN
environments
Monitor network health and resolve issues proactively
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CDN industry
Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and web
protocols like SSL/TLS
Understanding of core concepts such as DNS, VOD, DDoS protection,
and load balancing
Experience using diagnostic tools like curl, traceroute, and
MTR
Awareness of security best practices related to CDN operations
